Michael J. Kittay, MD

Dr. Kittay is a Harvard Medical Psychiatrist specializing in the relationships between mental and physical health. He is an expert in identifying the root causes of psychiatric illness, and focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of Complex Psychiatric Disorders including all combinations of mental, medical, and alcohol/ substance use disorders.

Dr. Kittay received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine graduating with high honors, did his internship at Mount Sinai Medical Center School of Medicine, New York, and then went on to complete programs in adult psychiatry and medical psychiatry at Harvard University.

Dr. Kittay is passionate about the practice of medicine and when not working with patients spends time keeping up with the latest advances in psychiatry. He often says he has not worked a day in his life. In his spare time he enjoys a good workout in the gym, and spending time with family and friends. He has whitewater rafted the Grand Canyon twice and is an avid snow skier. He loves French and Italian cuisine, but stays out of the kitchen.
